Return and Exchange Policy
If you're not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 14 calendar days of package delivery. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
We accept returns on all ready-to-ship, made-to-order and imperfect items — except those personalized with initials — in the same condition as you received them: unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Fill out the form above within 14 days of package delivery and follow the instructions.
You will receive a confirmation email within 72 business hours with the guidelines to send the package back.
Return shipping costs are at your expense and we will only refund the value of the merchandise.

If the product you bought is defective, contact us as soon as possible to receive a free exchange and send us back the damaged item.
